Product Manager

• Lead product initiatives from concept to launch, collaborating with cross-functional teams including tech, design, and business.
• Drive decisions using data and market feedback to inform product development.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify business opportunities and develop product strategies.
• Develop and maintain product roadmaps, requirements, and specifications.
• Analyse market trends and competitor activity to identify areas for growth and improvement.

• 1-2 years of experience as an Associate Product Manager, 3+ years as a Product Manager, or 7+ years as a Senior Product Manager/Associate Product Director.
• Prior experience in e-commerce, SaaS, or tech platforms is preferred.
• Strong understanding of the Indian market and consumer behaviour.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work with cross-functional teams.
• Ability to work onsite in Gurgaon, India.
