Key responsibilities

  • Onboard and manage DSAs/Channel partners to achieve business objectives.
  • Build strong partner relationships to drive growth and sales.
  • Achieve monthly sales and growth targets through effective planning and execution.
  • Develop and maintain a strong network of industry contacts and partners.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business results.

Required skills & qualifications

  • Prior experience in the NBFC/DSA domain, preferably in Home Loans/LAP, with a minimum of 1 year in Field Sales or B2B Sales.
  • Excellent sales, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Own conveyance and a local industry network are preferred.
  • Fluency in regional languages is a plus.
  • A minimum qualification of 12th Pass or above is required.
