Associate Director – Product (Gurgaon)

We're looking for a seasoned Product Leadership Director to join our team at eDarpan. As a key member of our product leadership team, you'll be responsible for driving the vision, roadmap, and execution of our core platform features, including Search, Discovery, Content, Community, and UX. You'll define product KPIs and align the product roadmap with company OKRs and business impact, while building strong relationships with cross-functional teams.

You'll be responsible for identifying product gaps and creating scalable solutions that improve user experience and increase business metrics. Conducting market, user, and competitive research, owning end-to-end product lifecycle, and managing sprint planning and prioritization are just a few of the exciting tasks you'll be undertaking.

• Drive the vision, roadmap, and execution of core platform features (Search, Discovery, Content, Community, UX, etc.).
• Define product KPIs and align the product roadmap with company OKRs and business impact.
• Build strong relationships with cross-functional teams: Engineering, Design, QA, Marketing, Operations.
• Identify product gaps and create scalable solutions that improve user experience and increase business metrics (revenue, conversion, retention).
• Conduct market, user, and competitive research to shape data-driven decisions.
• Own end-to-end product lifecycle: concept → requirements → execution → launch → post-launch iterations.
• Define user stories, product specs, mockups, and coordinate with tech teams during sprints.
• Collaborate with UI/UX to define intuitive experiences.

• 10+ years of experience in product-tech management, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
• Proven track record of shipping scalable digital products (B2C (Primarily)/B2B/eComm/SaaS).
• Hands-on experience with Agile methodologies and sprint delivery models.
• Excellent data orientation and decision-making skills.
• Outstanding communication and presentation skills – written, visual, and verbal.
• Experience with product analytics, A/B testing, user journeys, funnels, and growth loops.
